We had moved our Dental Office from Irvine to Newport Beach and wanted to advertise to residents within 5 miles of our new location. I have been in the marketing field for 20+ years, and worked with various direct marketing companies. Cactus did a fantastic job on every level. Their initial outreach was fast and professional. They provided various solutions that meet our financial budget rather than try to force one solution on us. Their list capabilities and flexibility was fantastic. After going through several direct mailing companies and getting bad results we gave up on direct mail. After several years we went on the hunt for another direct mail company and expected more of the same but knew we had to get our advertising out to potential clients. We called Cactus Mailing Company and were immediately surprised by how responsive they were to our never ending probing questions. We made the decision to work with Cactus Mailing after several months and haven't looked back since. We have used them for several projects and are finally getting back on track with our regular mailings. After thinking direct mail was a thing of the past we have discovered we are reaching clients that we never even had a chance to get to before using "modern advertising". Direct mail seems expensive when compared to the social media shotgun approach but when you actually analyze your return on investment Cactus Mailing actually makes it less expensive to reach potential clients. I am glad we found this company and we won't have any need to look further! All of our mailings are professional and go out on time taking the load of mailing off of us. We are happy to write this review for this first class company!

I believe this company did not actually mail out the 2,500 postcards I paid for. I got literally one phone call. Horrible results. The design was awful also. The designer said he used up the 5 hours I paid for. There is no way he did unless he learned how to design yesterday. They just did not care if I had a good design. I paid $1,600 for nothing.

Cactus mailing is a reliable, high-quality direct mail company. I have used them the past 6 months for 4 direct mail campaigns. They were all so successful that I kept going back to do more. After further discussion with Cactus Mailing Company I was able to create and send out a postcard that will indefinitely help further my business. We are a small and fledgling business and Cactus Mailing Company has helped our transition of management by allowing us to create a cost effective postcard that will notify all of our previous customers about the transition. We have been using Cactus Mailing for our direct mailing needs for the past 9 months. Initially, we signed up to do 6 direct mail drops of 10,000( 10,000 mailer each round ).
First, I should mention that I had a pleasant experience with Joe, our account manager and the designer that worked on our postcards. More importantly, we saw amazing results. We ask all of our patients how they heard about us, so we were able to track how many patients we got through direct mailing- and without giving you exact numbers, I can tell you that we were so satisfied with the results that we signed up for 3 more rounds of direct mailing with them.
If you are looking for direct mailing, I would recommend this company. They are efficient, high quality and cost effective. We shopped around a lot and their prices are very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Cactus Mailing for your direct mailing. Joe is very easy to work with, I just told him what I wanted and what demographics I was trying to reach, and he made it happen. Once the contract was signed the design team contacted me immediately to start the project. I was able to choose the layout and pictures for my purposes. They were able to take all my information and create a beautifully designed postcard for my upcoming seminars. I have received numerous comments on the quality of the project. Not to mention I had a phenomenal amount of people calling in to reserve their seats at the seminar and an overwhelming amount of them have become clients.
