CASS & DPV Address Validation - standardizes the addresses and adds the barcode information so that your mailing is eligible for bulk mail postage rates

NCOA Processing - updates addresses of people/businesses that have moved and submitted a change of address form to the Post Office
High Quality 300dpi inkjet addressing of bulk mail pieces. No tacky labels here- professional looking addresses and barcodes printed directly onto your mail piece.
Delivery to Post Office and Proof of Mailing - we deliver your bulk mail to the Phoenix Post Office BMEU (Bulk Mail Entry Unit) and then send you a copy of the 3602 form (post receipt)

20,000 to 99,999 postcards - $0.02 per postcard plus postage
100,000 plus postcards - $0.01 per postcard plus postage

Mailing Services for Brochures/Flyers (selfmailers)

250 to 19,999 mail pieces - $0.04 per brochure ($100 minimum) plus postage
20,000 to 99,999 postcards - $0.03 per brochure plus postage
100,000 plus postcards - $0.02 per brochure plus postage

Bulk Mail Postage Rates and How Much You Will Save Using Our Mailing Services

The normal postage rate for a 4x6 postcard is $0.27 per postcard. Bulk mail postage rates for a 4x6 postcard typically range from $0.15 to $0.22 per piece. This means you will save anywhere between $0.05 to $0.12 per piece or $50 to $120 for every 1000 postcards we mail for you!

The normal postage rate for 5.5x8.5 postcards, 6x11 postcards, and brochures is $0.42 per piece. Bulk mail postage rates for these pieces typically range from $0.15 to $0.25 per piece. This means you will save anywhere between $0.17 to $0.27 per piece or $170 to $270 for every 1000 postcards we mail for you!

As you can easily see it makes sense to have us mail your postcards. It’s less work for you and the money you save more than offsets the cost of our mailing services.
