Printing & Mailing Turnaround Time
Express Design – 2 to 4 business days depending on the number of revisions required and how quickly the client reviews the provided proofs. Initial proof is typically provided to the client 2 business days after we receive the survey form and any client provided design elements (images, logos etc…).
Complete Design – 4 to 6 business days depending on the number of revisions required and how quickly the client reviews the provided proofs. Initial proof is typically provided to the client 2 to 3 business days after we receive the survey form and any client provided design elements (images, logos etc…).
Proofing of Client Provided Files – as long as the files are formatted and submitted correctly the client will typically receive a proof for approval by the end of the next business day.
Mailing List processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. After your mailing list is processed, you will be sent an invoice with the postage amount for your mailing.
Printing and MailingStandard - postcards/brochures are delivered to post office 5 business days after proof approval.
Expedited - postcards/brochures are delivered to the post office 3 business days after proof approval. While we make every attempt to accommodate our client’s needs – expedited projects are accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on availability in the production schedule.
Note - the day you approve your proof is not counted as a production day.
Letter Shop services (folding, tabbing, inserting, addressing) of client provided materials typically take 2 to 3 business days from the time we have everything we need (materials, mailing list, payment) until delivery to the post office.
A Note About Our Turnaround Times:
Our turnaround times are based on timely responses to our requests for information, materials, files, and payments. Delays in responding to these requests can result in delays to your project. Additionally, large quantity and/or complex projects may take longer than the typical turnaround times listed above.
