PDF Proof from Client Provided Files (Free)
There is no cost for submitting your artwork ready to print. Please make sure to follow our artwork file requirements. When you are ready to submit your files you can send them to us by uploading them at our Send Us Files page. Once we receive the files our graphic design team will generate a PDF proof for you to review and approve. A link to this proof is sent to you via e-mail. As long as your files are submitted correctly your proof will typically be ready within 1 business day after we receive your files.
Postcard Template Customization ($40)Pick a postcard design from our online gallery and we will customize it for your business. Any of the postcard designs in our gallery can be printed as a 4x6, 5.5x8.5 or 6x11 inch postcard – whichever size fits your needs. Once you select a design we will send you a form to complete letting us know what content and images you want on the back side of the postcard. After we receive your information our graphic design team will typically have a proof ready for you to review within 1 to 2 business days.
Express Postcard Design ($70)The Express Design service is for clients that know exactly what they want their postcard to look like and say, but don’t have the means or software to create the design files. After placing your order you will receive an Express Design survey form. This form gives us the information we need to design your postcard. The form also allows you to select whether you want the graphic designer to strictly follow your instructions or allow them to use their creative talents to add some “flair” to the design. Once we receive your design survey it typically takes 2 to 3 business days for the design process.
For the Express Design service you are responsible for providing all content and images for the design. If you need images to use in your design please visit www.jiunlimited.com. We can use any of the images on this website in your design – just let us know the image number you want us to use.
The Express Design service does not include; logo design, illustrations, developing design concepts, photo retouching, searching for images to use, developing marketing concepts, catch phrases, slogans etc... The Express Design service is limited to one set of client requested revisions.
The Full Design service is when our graphic design team really gets to roll up their sleeves and get to work on creating a custom postcard for your business that not only looks great but will get great results. We start by having you fill out a survey form. This ensures we will be headed in the right direction when we start your design. Once we have received your survey our designers will spend up to 5 hours of dedicated design time on your project and will send your proof for review via e-mail. The Full Design service typically takes 4 to 6 business days to complete.
The Full Design service does not include; logo design, illustrations, developing marketing concepts, catch phrases, slogans etc...

Our turnaround times are based on timely responses to our requests for information, materials, files, and payments. Delays in responding to these requests can result in delays to your project. Additionally, large quantity and/or complex projects may take longer than the typical turnaround times listed above.
