Client Supplied Design Files - Proof within 24 business hours - reproofs within 24 business hours after receipt of new files
Template Design Service - Initial proof 2 to 3 business days - 1 to 2 days for each set of revisions
Express Design Service - Initial proof 2 to 3 business days - 1 to 2 days for each set of revisions
Full Design Service - Initial proof 3 to 4 business days - 1 to days for each set of revisions
Expedited Design Services - Initial proof within 24 business hours- 4 to 6 business hours for each set of revisions
Printing and Mailing Services - 6 to 8 business days after project enters production does not include day proof is approved. A project cannot enter production until both the proof has been approved and the mailing list has been processed.
Printing and Shipping Services - 6 to 8 business days after proof approval does not include day proof is approved
Expedited Printing & Mailing - 3 business days - mails morning of the third business day after the project enters production - does not count day proof is approved. Example: proofed approved on Monday - mails Thursday morning. A project cannot enter production until both the proof has been approved and the mailing list has been processed.
Expedited Print Only - 3 business days - ships morning of the third business day after proof approval - does not count day proof is approved. Example: proofed approved on Monday - ships Thursday morning.
Mailing Services (ink-jetting and/or tabbing material from inventory) - 2 to 4 days business days after receipt of mailing list.

Note: Turnaround Times do not include the time required for the Post Office to deliver your mailing to its recipients. Our turnaround times are based on timely responses to our requests for information, materials, files, and payments. Delays in responding to these requests can result in delays to your project. Additionally, large quantity and/or complex projects may take longer than the typical turnaround times listed above.
