Printing SpecificationsFoldover Postcards are printed Full Color both sides on 10pt (100# Cover) stock. Mailing ServicesCASS & DPV Address Validation- Standardizes the addresses and adds the barcode information so that your mailing is eligible for discounted postage rates. Duplicate Record Removal- Removes any exact name/address matches so you do not waste money by mailing multiple mail pieces to the same recipient. NCOA Processing- Updates addresses of people/businesses that have moved and submitted a change of address form to the Post Office. Inkjet Addressing and Tabbing- No tacky labels here- professional looking addresses and barcodes printed directly onto your postcards. We also apply tabs (as required by the Post Office) to hold the postcard closed. Delivery to Post Office and Proof of Mailing- We deliver your bulk mail to the Phoenix Post Office BMEU (Bulk Mail Entry Unit) and then send you samples and a copy of the 3602 form (postage receipt). Free Storage- We will store your inventory for free when you send a mailing out at least once every 3 months. Additional Mail DropsYou can have us mail your postcards out in multiple mailings (i.e. Order 15,000 postcards and have us mail 5,000 postcards per month for 3 months). This allows you to take advantage of the price breaks on higher quantities. For each additional mail drop (after the initial mailing) there is a $45 drop fee. This fee is added to your postage invoice. The fee covers the additional list processing, paperwork, and trip to the post office to send your mailing out. File FormattingWhile we prefer PDF files - we do accept a wide variety of design file formats. Please review our design file formatting requirements as submitting incorrectly formatted files will result in delays to your project. Each project is given two free file resubmissions – additional resubmissions are $19 each. The preferred formats for Mailing Lists are .xls (Excel) or .csv (comma separated). List reprocessing – changes to mailing lists after the list has been processed will result in a reprocessing fee of $19.
