OverviewOur package deals make it easy and affordable for you to market your business with postcards. This package includes design, printing, mailing list and mailing services. Postage is not included in the package. The reason for this is we want to make sure you get the lowest postage rates possible. You will receive a separate invoice for postage once we calculate the exact postage for your mailing. Printing SpecificationsPostcards are printed Full Color both sides on 14pt card stock with UV coating on non-address side. Design ServiceWe start by having you fill out a survey form. This ensures we will be headed in the right direction when we start your postcard design. Once we have received your survey, our designers will spend 3 to 5 hours (depending on the size) of dedicated design time on your project and will send your proof for review via e-mail. Images- you may provide your own images, have us provide the images, or a combination of both. Our designers have access to over 500,000 stock images. When providing your own images please ensure they are high resolution (at least 300dpi). Does not include; logo design, illustrations, developing marketing concepts, catch phrases, slogans etc... Mailing List and Postage RatesThis package includes use of a Consumer Mailing List. For Lawn Care Companies we typically use a list of homeowners in your service area. Additionally, we can use income selections to further ensure the homeowners on the mailing list are good prospects for your business. Once you place your order - you will be contacted by one of our Marketing Consultants and they will assist you with your list selection. By using a Consumer Mailing List - the postage rate for your mailing will be approximately $0.25 per postcard. Mailing ServicesOur mailing services include: CASS Certification - Formats list per postal regulations DPV Address Validation- Improves deliverability Duplicate Record Removal- Removes duplicate records (exact matches) NCOA Processing- Updates addresses of people/businesses that have moved and submitted a change of address Addressing- High quality address and barcode printing- no labels Delivery to Post Office - Mailed at Phoenix bulk mail facility Proof of Mailing- We send you samples and a copy of the 3602 form (postage receipt). Mailing QuantitiesWith this package you have multiple options on how we mail out your postcards. Option 1 - Mail to all unique addresses and mail all of the postcards at one time. Option 2 - Mail to all unique addresses but divide the postcards into multiple mailings. Option 3 - Mail to the same addresses multiple times. We highly recommend Option 3 as it produces the best results. Mailing multiple times to the same list of recipients consistently produces better response rates than mailing to a list once. If you select multiple mailings you can choose to have your mailings sent out: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. For Lawn Care Companies we recommend sending out 2 to 3 large mailings, spaced about 2 weeks apart, at the beginning of the season - this will increase your customer base. Then continue with smaller monthly mailings throughout the season to make up for any lost accounts. Turnaround Time Design Service- Initial proof 3 to 4 business days- 1 to 2 days for each set of revisions. Printing and Mailing - Postcards mail 5 to 6 business days after project enters production (does not include day proof is approved). A project cannot enter production until both the proof has been approved and the mailing list has been processed. Example: proof approved on Monday - mails Monday or Tuesday of following week. |
